For accelerators & hubs

Hackathon management for accelerators & hubs

Run every sprint, pre-accelerator, and demo day with the same rigor — screen applications with AI, match mentors, track daily progress, and score demo day fairly, all in one workspace you reuse cohort after cohort.

Every cohort reinvents the same event from scratch

Accelerators run the same motion repeatedly — open applications, shortlist, pair mentors, run a build sprint, host a demo day — but the tooling resets every time, and the data an investor or a board wants is scattered across inboxes.

  • Hundreds of applications to screen with a tiny partner team
  • Mentor time booked in DMs and then forgotten
  • Demo-day scores in a spreadsheet you can't defend to an investment committee

Cohort-grade rigor you set up once

The whole pipeline is built in, tuned for programs that run all year.

01

AI-assisted application screening

Statuses, bulk actions, and AI summaries move a thousand applications in an afternoon, so a two-person partner team can shortlist a cohort in a day.

02

Mentor office hours that get booked

Bookable slots, request queues, and private mentor notes on every team turn ad-hoc intros into a managed schedule.

03

Daily checkpoints as a live heatmap

Teams self-report progress each day and you see the whole cohort as a heatmap — spot the team that stalled on day two before demo day.

04

Demo-day judging you can show an IC

Weighted rubrics and score normalization across judges produce raw and normalized results you can defend to an investment committee.

05

A funnel story in numbers

Analytics track applied → accepted → shipped → placed, giving you the cohort report your board and sponsors ask for.

Frequently asked questions

Can we reuse the setup across cohorts?
Yes — that's the point. Duplicate an event and your forms, rubrics, and mentor structure carry over, so each new cohort starts from your last one instead of a blank page.
How does judging stay defensible for investors?
Every judge scores against the same weighted rubric, scores are normalized so a strict and a generous judge are comparable, and conflict flags exclude a mentor from scoring a team they are attached to. You see both raw and normalized results.
Can mentors and judges be external?
Yes. Invite mentors and judges by email into just the parts they need — office hours or a judging round — without giving them the run of your workspace.
Can we export the cohort data?
Every registration, score, and check-in exports to CSV at any time, so the data is always yours for a board deck or a sponsor report.
