Do we need a card to try it?
No. Every organization can start with a free sandbox event — an internal demo run — without a card or a contract.
What is the difference between per event and the annual license?
Per event is SAR 4,900 for up to 100 participants, or SAR 12,900 for up to 500 participants with custom event branding. The annual license is SAR 24,900 per year for unlimited events of up to 500 participants each, with custom branding per event.
Is there an education discount?
Yes. Universities and schools get 40% off per-event and annual prices. Mention your institution in the form and we will apply it to your proposal.
What about national programs or white-label?
Enterprise / National is by proposal: full white-label with your own custom domain, unlimited scale, and dedicated support.
